Ages and Stages is a very useful screening tool to help us monitor your childŐs development. Early detection of developmental problems is essential to timely and effective intervention.

Given the dynamic nature of a childŐs development and the importance of assessment at all stages we will be offering this screening for the 6, 12, 18, 24, and 36 month well visits.

You should have received a questionnaire during your well exam. If you have misplaced it please feel free to download the appropriate copy according to your childŐs age
