Book an Appointment (via Healow)

Healow is a secure app where patients can access their personal health information 24 hours a day right from their smart phone. Patients are only able to access the healow app if their patient portal account is configured. If you would like to have access to our patient portal, please call our office at 708-923-6300 to provide an email address.

How Can I Download the Healow App?

  1. Download the healow app on your smart phone by accessing the application store. Search for healow and install the app.
  2. If your patient portal account has been configured, please link your patient portal account to the healow app by entering the following practice code: DIIAAA
  3. If you have more than one child, you may link all your accounts by clicking the profile icon at the top right of the app, and selecting ‘Link New Account’.

  • Future and past appointments
  • Visit summaries and medical history
  • Medications
  • Immunizations
  • Allergies

Healow users are also able to:

  • Request appointments
  • Request prescription refills
